Established in 1862 by the Clasgens brothers, Joseph and Henry, the J. & H. Clasgens Company is located in New Richmond, Ohio. The mill is owned and managed by members of the Clasgens family, all descendants of the two brothers who founded it. The current managers represent the fourth generation.
